What causes it? The causes of the onset of osteitis pubis can be different, including certainly a series of repeated microtraumas over time, structural or postural problems, congenital hip pathologies but also pregnant women can suffer from osteitis pubis. In all cases, the continuous stresses on the muscular structures and tendons of the pubic area provide an inflammatory state of the pubic symphysis, that is, the area where the affected muscles discharge their forces.

Period of therapy
The recommended protocol for the treatment of osteitis pubis is 30-40 days, for 2-4 hours a day.
